General Shipping Information
We ship merchandise ordered on Toplash.com to all 50 states of the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO boxes. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking: To track your order, simply click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods and Delivery
When placing an online order, you can choose from the following shipping methods:
- Standard Ground Shipping:Free standard ground shipping for all orders, and for standard ground shipping on orders over $20
- Expedited Shipping: $5.00 flat rate for faster delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in providing high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Toplash Cosmetics, we offer a flexible return policy:
- Domestic Returns: You have up to 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for unopened items within 90 days of delivery.
