Shipping and delivery policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at toplash.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:

We ship merchandise ordered on Toplash.com to all 50 states of the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO boxes. However, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer international shipping.

To track your order, simply click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact our Customer Service team during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping and Delivery:

 

 

When you place an online order, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

  • Free standard ground shipping for all orders, and for standard ground shipping on orders over $20.
  • Expedited shipping for $5.

Returns and Exchanges:

For domestic returns or exchanges, you have up to 90 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Toplash Cosmetics, you can simply return the product for a full refund.

We also accept exchanges of unopened items within 90 days of delivery.
