Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@toplash.com to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging along with the RMA number and include a copy of the original invoice.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the shipping cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package is delivered to us.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and we will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
