How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@toplash.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
2. Pack the product in its original packaging along with the RMA number and include a copy of the original invoice.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Conditions
Please note that the product must be returned in its original, unopened condition and packaging. The shipping cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package is delivered to us safely.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and we will notify you via email once the transaction is complete.
